Went for my wife's Komboocha and found the staff to be friendly, but not as knowledgeable about how the distribution system worked. We were trying to get a 64 ounce bottle refilled, but it was only able to provide enough pressure to half fill it. We were charged a fair price for what we got, but I wish the Boocha folks would be sure the staff knows how to operate it before it's turned over.

I asked if they could do a Dubai Matcha or Latte and call it the TJ Special - they said they could!! I had a London Fog and Cinnamon Bun Latte both with Almond milk hot with a cup of ice because I can never decide on iced or hot so I always get a cup of ice and order hot to have both (because why not, life is short and do what you want) and a bunch of vegan snacks for my daughter Alaysia. Customer Service was great. It was a relaxed atmosphere... they have matchas also... and Gelato!!!! Dog friendly and wheelchair accessible!!

DeBeen Espresso is a coffee shop located in a great neighborhood in downtown Winston-Salem. It’s a great area to walk around and explore. The coffee shop itself is primarily just Coffee drinks, sweet treats and bagels, and gelato. It’s nicely decorated with a good atmosphere and was full of students from Wake (I assume) when I went there. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

I visited here on 11/20/21 around 4:30pm. Since it’s located downtown, parking could potentially pose a problem as there is limited spaces in front of the building. I was unsure what I wanted as I wanted to try something different. I was helped by Grace, who was extremely friendly. I like iced coffee, even when it’s cold, lol. One of the things she recommended from the speciality menu (that wasn’t posted yet) was The Drunken Nut; this came with Macadamia nut, rum, and salted caramel. It tasted good but I wanted a stronger flavor and Grace added more. Afterwards, it was perfect. I got so into drinking it, that I almost forgot to take a picture! Lol The atmosphere was chill. I saw people socializing, reading, and/or doing work. There is about 5-6 tables inside and a long bench plus about 3 two person tables outside. Overall, customer customer was great and so was my drink. I will be back as I would love to try another speciality drink!
